Following strategic recommendation to adopt SaaS strategy to accelerate GTM and leapfrog competition with innovative breakthroughs, B2P designed and helped build an Enterprise Program to build the new Origination solution.
Scope included building and grooming of requirements, developing Agile templates and managing timeline, risks and issues, as well as establishing and running the Steering Committee with Executive Team.
The program evolved to craft and map State and Local regulations, and a comprehensive Customer Intelligence gathering to build personas and design a richer User Experience linked with Product Management and Phased Delivery, including MVP followed by scheduled release.
